Clarifications and Conditions

A few notes on how our products are described, tested, and meant to be used. These points help avoid misunderstandings when you are comparing options or planning your stock.

Alcohol-Free Does Not Mean Inactive

Our alcohol-free hand sanitizers rely on other approved active ingredients to reduce germs on skin. They are not a substitute for washing hands with soap and water when hands are visibly dirty or greasy. For everyday use between washes, they are formulated to be gentle enough for repeated application, including in classrooms and office settings.

Surface Wipes and Contact Time

Surface wipes need time to work. The label on each pack states the required contact time, which is the period the surface must stay visibly wet before you wipe it dry. This matters most in schools and clinics where surfaces are touched frequently. Always follow the stated time for the product to perform as intended.

Dilution Instructions for Bulk Containers

Bulk containers for cleaning staff include clear dilution ratios on the label. Mixing concentrate with water at the wrong ratio can reduce effectiveness or leave residue. We keep the instructions straightforward and print them on the container itself, so there is no guesswork when staff prepare fresh solution for the day.

Skin Compatibility and Labeling

Every product lists its active ingredients and any skin-related notes directly on the label. If a formula is suited for sensitive skin, it says so. If it is intended for hard surfaces only and should not be used on skin, that is stated as well. We do not blur the line between hand care and surface care.

Bulk Orders for Organizations

Community centers, childcare facilities, and catering teams can order in bulk without signing long contracts. Bulk pricing applies to set quantities, and delivery schedules are arranged around your usage. If you are unsure which size suits your team, we can help estimate based on the number of people and the surfaces you need to cover.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each label shows the shelf life from the date of manufacture. Using products past this date is not recommended, as the active ingredients may no longer perform at the stated level. Rotate your stock so older units are used first.

How ordering and restocking works

A clear path from your first enquiry to regular deliveries, whether you need a single case of wipes or a quarterly supply for a school or clinic.

1

Tell us about your space

Share the basics: how many people use the space, which surfaces get the most traffic, and whether you need hand sanitizer, surface wipes, or both. This helps us suggest the right formats and sizes.

2

Confirm the product list

We send a short list of recommended products with active ingredients and dilution instructions where relevant. You adjust quantities or swap items until the order matches your routine and storage space.

3

Schedule delivery and refills

Choose a one-off delivery or a regular schedule that fits your cleaning staff. Bulk containers come with clear labeling so dilution is consistent every time, without complicated contracts.
